Your account Representative is your single point of contact and will work with you from job description, through candidate screening, interviewing and referencing to insure the proper fit is made.

 Our focus is to work closely with your management team to gain accurate and thorough knowledge of each department where the candidate will work; as well as understand the expectations of the hiring manager, giving us the ability to anticipate your requirements and meet your expectations. This focus, along with our extensive candidate database and network, which is continuously expanded through active recruiting, referrals and professional associations supports our ability to pro-actively deliver quality candidates for urgent and critical needs.  

Extensive Hiring Process

We realize that hiring options are very important and often make the difference in who is selected as a staffing service provider. Our goal is to provide our clients with the flexibility to support the best employment option for them. Whatever the need…. we can support it.

Our hiring process is extensive and starts with a detailed job description, an assessment of the workplace, demographics and meeting key personnel for candidate skill requirements, company culture, and client management style.

We conduct research, to determine and analyze all optimum sources for qualified  candidates. Following the research, we contact prospective candidates, and conduct pre-screening. During the pre-screening process, we probe deeply to find information not provided on the resume including technical proficiencies, communication style, and areas of interest.

Then we conduct in depth reference checks and background verifications - conversations with knowledgeable associates (former managers, peers            and subordinates), degree/professional certification verifications, etc. We believe that the time invested in getting to know our candidates  is critical to identify top talent for our clients.

We will coordinate all telephone and face-to-face interviews, as well as debrief both parties. Our goal is to act as an intermediary to create  a win-win situation for both parties.

Offers and negotiations will be handled by your Professional Alternatives representative  to ensure that you secure the candidate of choice.

Service Fee Options

Direct Hire


Due to the “ever changing” complexity of the market place today, we are making every effort to tailor fee arrangements with our clients that will fit their needs. Typically, the service fee percentages range from 20% - 30% of the first years annualized salary, depending on the level, difficulty and complexity of the search.  


Contract to Hire


 The Professional Alternatives preview services program uniquely blends the advantages of hiring a contract, or temporary employee, with the benefits of hiring an employee directly to your staff. There is virtually nothing to lose and a top-quality, long-term employee to gain. Should you elect to convert a contract/temporary individual to an employment status with your organization, a conversion service fee may apply, depending on the length of the contract service. .
